We are thrilled and excited to welcome Jacqueline de Jonge award winning pattern and fabric designer from the Netherlands In May 2023 to our workshop. You will be learning about the foundation paper piecing techniques used in the designs that have unbelievable colour and movement Jacqueline tuition is delightful with demonstration, laughter, fun and plenty of time to sew. You will learn lots of tips and tricks. Students can choose from any of Becolourful patterns can purchase quilt kits from passion4quilting.com at a discounted rate and sent to you prior to the workshop.

The workshop is for three days commencing 11 May 2023 doors open at 9am for set up and teaching commences 9:30am to 4:30pm each day in conference room that is well lit with plenty of space to sew. If you wish to continue sewing after class the room will be available. The workshop cost is £325 and made up of a deposit registration of £100 with balance paid by 10 April 2023. The workshop will be held at the Hilton hotel Leicester and includes tea and coffee and a light lunch for each of the three days. You will need to bring your sewing machine along with any electrical equipment that has been PAT tested, together with pattern and fabric for your quilt.
If you wish to stay at the Hilton hotel, they have a special rate of £80.00 Bed & Breakfast, per night, based on single occupancy, additional guests will be charged at £10.00 per person extra including complimentary car parking and complimentary use of the spa facilities during your stay.
